I saw the land for Alligator Pond and that it seems would suit someone that would be interested in building a Guest House so people that visit Little Ochie would have a place to hang out for a day or two and enjoy the athmostphere soaking up the sun by the ocean and watch the people come and go.Just like visiting a broadwalk by the ocean.GREAT IDEA.
If I was thinking of building such a business that would be the ideal place for me but, I'm just looking to putting up a one bed room cottage in a quiet corner away from the traffic.
