Well it would not be Easter weekend without Sunset Resort Annual Easter Egg Hunt! The hunt started around 10:15 yesterday with about 100 children showing up to once again root around the grounds looking for colorful Easter Eggs hidden under bushes, in flower pots, etc. Each egg had a sweety or two in it and each egg had a $$ value with two golden eggs worth $5,000 each.





Once 'most' of the eggs were found everyone moved over to the pinata where several children took their turn swinging at the pinata filled with candy. Once burst, there was a major scramble for the sweeties!





Bun and cheese and fruit punch was provided for the children as they stood in line waiting for their payout.

As each previous year, there was lots of laughter and fun.

It was absolutely our pleasure to bring a few treats for this event! We had a great time and it was a riot to see the little ones scrambling (and some of the big ones too)

Love the pictures and especially the D-man in the hammock, that was after we finally convinced him he was too big to hunt for eggs ~ then 15 year old cool kicked in and he had to look nonchalont.
