I'm looking to swap(exchange) homes for the summer. I reside in a safe suburban residential town in New Jesey within 8 minutes drive to New York City or 30 minutes express bus trip to Midtown Manhattan(Times Square). My home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, children's playroom,dinning room, washer/dryer, modern fully equipped kitchen. There is a large backyard ideal for entertaining with outdoor bar, kitchen center, dinning table and children's swing set.I'm looking for a home either in Calabash or Frenchmen's Bays that would be comfortable and near to the beach, a swimming pool would be fabulous.
