Interesting article. The writer appears to have done his homework. I toured Sandals Whitehouse and it felt wrong for the South Coast. We love the South Coast's hospitality (especially in TB), not the insulation of an A-I.
I have a question on development. The article said one could put 20 rooms on an acre in Jamaica. Is that really allowed in TB or does someone have to get a special license for a hotel? Please fill me in. The idea of overdevelopment in TB scares me.
