Need lots of seafood, shrimps,crabs, fish,sprats,doctor fish,parrot and lots more. Last but not least some good ole peas soup and bammie.Ofcourse a good cup a caafee on mornings,plus all those fruits.
I am dieting now so I can eat everything when i arrive in St Bess.
