In TB itself, JPSCo is starting to put up the electirc poles they delivered yesterday. The wiring will be the next project. No expected date on that yet.

She says that Black River is full of people and the Western Union has a long line out the door, which means its accepting payments.

The only shortage they think they'll have is fresh fruits and veggies.
