WHEN ? morning ? afternoon ? evening ? night ? midnight ?

Why follow the trend of having 'music' at these events, especially on a Sunday? This is not what TB is about, and although you guys have done a fantastic job, you have inadvertently perhaps, changed the character of the place, that's a pity.

It usually starts at 10:00 a.m.

Sounds like a lovely day, wish I could be there. Just what Jamaica is all about! Sport, music and a good day out for ALL the family.

I totally agree with you UK Jean...all old cricket matches have always have music...and sports and enjoyment. Lord people complain for every darn thing...mmmmuuuuhuh! too much development, too much stealing,too loud, tell me of a neighborhood here in the states, or other countries where big time thievery hasn't occured, noise and everyday living dosent continue...come on, Treasure Beach is still a residential community, just sprinkled with the tourist industry...omg...this forum has become a dear Ann.

You are right Treasuregirl. Murmour murmour that is all some people do. When I first came to TB 13 years ago there was music day and night, be it from a bar or street dance, now it is so quiet but they still murmour! There has to be some entertainment if they dont want all the young people to go foreign. When I was there in May the most noise was from a car going round 'advertising' what was going on at the church. Please note that TB will NEVER become like Negril, Montego Bay or Ocho Rios as it is too far and too expensive to get there. I love TB with a passion, so no quips about I am just a tourist. I spend a lot of money to support Jamaica/TB so surely you don't begrudge me a little music at a cricket match.
