Not enough info to make an overseas call. This is where a realtor might help the seller. If the seller wants to do this on her/his own, it would be good to give a better description of the land for sale as well as the asking price. Does it have a well. Can you attach to the pipe. Does it ever flood. How noisy/quiet is it. Are there any good trees that could be left if I build.
