I'm in the same boat as you. I'm soon retired and will not be a RICH person. I'm also looking for a small piece(not more than 1/4acre)of sea view property hopefully in the town of Black River. Maybe we could team up, buy a larger lot and subdivide it between us.

I am also looking for roughly an acre of land overlooking the sea in St. Elizabeth, with a clear view of the sunset.
I spent a couple of days at Treasure Beach over the Christmas holidays and love the view from the hillside.
I am also not rich, but I was born in St. Elizabeth and I hope to rest in peace there one day.
