I WAS PASSING THROUGH TREASURE BEACH SUNDAY AND WENT TO BILLY'S BAY AND AS SOON AS PASS THE SQUARE AND REACH BELOW RAINBOW TREE GUEST HOUSE THERE IS AN OPEN HOLE WITH A BURST PIPE AND WATER FLOWING LIKE A STREAM WHO IS SUPPOSE TO FIX THAT? IT LOOKS SO BAD AND THEN ITS POURING THROUGH THE RAINBOW TREE PROPERTY AND END UP ON THE BEACH RUNNING AND MAKING A POND DOWN THERE THIS IS WHAT WE NEED TO SEE AND TO PROTECT OUR GUESTS THE HOLE IS AS DEEP AS A POST HOLE FOR FENCING AND WATER RUNNING ON THE ROAD ITS VERY DANGEROUS I BURST ONE OF MY TIRE IN THE HOLE IS WAS TERRIBLE TRUST ME.

what a terrible waste of good and precious drinking water. I have never stayed there without seeing one or two water leaks that lasted for many days/weeks. The other time I was there the water hydrant in the center of Black River was leaking for almost 6 weeks. I wonder if they fixed it by now. I hear the island being short of water already.

Jamaica public utility should fix that, but they donīt care, also need to run the pipes further down, the pipes stop there, just a few more houses down the road but they always have an excuse way they CANīT DO IT....NO CONSIDERATION...

Have you picked up the phone yourself and called the National Water Commission or are you waiting for someone else to do it.

This was repaired the day after it was reported. It was reported almost immediately. The pipes are in awful shape. They burst for no obvious reason or if a vehicle goes over them. The person who suggested someone should call the NWC whenever this happens is correct. Complain to them until something gets fixed even if you have to call three times a day. They will come out just to shut you up.
