This will be our 4th trip to Treasure Beach (from New Jersey, family of 4 with 2 girls aged 9 & 6) Every other visit we have flown in and out of Mo Bay this time we decided to try Kingston, I was wondering if anyone could share a little travel advice for the Kingston area? (Places to stay, sightseeing, food ect?) We'll be staying 2 nights and will have a rental car.

Thank You in advance!

My email is gio2now3 @ msn.com (leave out the spaces)

I am not sure if Lime Key is open but it is a nice day trip. Great white sand beach etc. It is also very near Port Royal which you can visit. Spanish court is a new groovy hotel..On the cheaper end the Liguenea Club is very cheap and has pool, restaurant, tennis courts etc. Strawberry Hill has incredible views of Kingston as well. Hope this helps..

What sort of experiences do you envision Bill?

Two nights may get rushy, there is much to see and do.

Read the online Daily Gleaner and Observer to get a feel of what's happening when you're there. You have hotels and guest houses to choose from, check the internet for listings.

A day at Lime Key is what many Kingstonians do, swim and seafood. A trip into the Blue Mountains, Castleton or Hope Gardens is great too.

You could land in Kingston and stay at the nearby Morgans (The Pirate) Harbour Hotel and be in Lime Key next day. It does get crowded on weekends.

I think some rent a car co's have pick up at Kingston Airport.

Thank you all.

We are flying in and out of Kingston, the first part of our week long vacation will be in TB, the last 2 nights we plan on staying in or around Kingston.
Karl, I looked at the Liguenea Club's website, nice find! Thank you.

Lime Key sounds nice but we will probably be on the beach every day while in TB. So I was thinking about a trip into the Blue Mountains?

The Bob Marley museum is walking distance from Liguenea Club which is definitely on our list!

My wife will love Castelton or Hope Gardens, thank you!
