They are not selling the building but enough equipment to supply electricity from the sun. All it needs is catchment and a garden and you gone clear. No mains electricity or water.

Check the Power Film Rollable. You need a charge controller and a deep cycle barrery to store the current from the sun and an inverter to change 12v to 120 v if you need to run standard appliances.
