What an absolutely lovely way to wake up this morning, to a perfect farmer's rain. We have been getting a nice steady rain from around 5:30 this morning. The weather prediction is this frontal system will be leaving us tonight and we will be have a sunny and bright Christmas.

Hopefully, this will put a good dent in the drought. What a lovely Christmas gift.

How nice Rebecca. We do not have snow, but soon the guinea grass will be in full growth, and dancing to the northeast winds (nodeast as the fishermen say). Sounds like Christmas in TB to me!

We have lots of water too. I'm off to scrape some from my windshield before driving.

Best to you and All.

Woke up to blue skies and sunshine this morning, albeit chilly.

Rebecca that was a joke... yeah? I slipped and fell on an icy pavement twice today and there is worse to come. Several vehicles were abandoned in the middle of the road because they couldn't get up or down an icy slope.I walked the rest of my journey in the heavy snow.Oh how I wsh I was in chilly Treasure Beach. I can but dream.

Well, it truely is a bit chilly for us as we are just not used to anything below 80 degrees. However, as a born and bred New Englander I hear you Beth and I sympathize with you. Many a night I would stoke up the ole wood stove and hug it just to try and get warm. I've been there, done that, and thank the good Lord every day I wake up in this warm and beautiful country.

Sending all of you Jamaican warmth!
