Treasure Beach Foundation hopes to start our next villa raffle on or about Tuesday, May 27th. All proceeds will benefit the scholarship students. Though we will make an announcement here on TreasureBeach.net, we are asking you to send us your information if you want to be sure to be sent a notice. (This does not mean you have to buy a raffle ticket; it only means we will send you information.)

No, I can't tell you which villa has been selected for the upcoming raffle. But, I can tell you it's an exceedingly lovely and appealing one.

OK. I understand. How much will tickets cost?

We are keeping the price the same as they've been for the past two years: $25 (U.S.) for one ticket and $100 for five tickets.

You will be able to buy tickets either online (safely and securely) or by sending us a check; we can only accept U.S. checks, but the online option allows you to charge your ticket purchase from any country on VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.

We hope all who love Treasure Beach will purchase one or more tickets, as all the proceeds go directly to the Scholarship Fund. We currently have 11 fine students on scholarship and will be announcing additional scholarships soon after the GSAT scores are published. As you can imagine, the amount it costs us to support these students is growing each and every year; not only are costs rising, but we are paying the expenses for more and more students.

How long will the raffel be open to buy the tickets?

Because of the Calabash Literary Festival, we will be starting the villa raffle a few days later -- probably on Friday, May 30. This will allow everyone time to look at all the wonderful photos from the festival. (And, it will give you a few more days to try to figure out which villa is being raffled.)
