Bob Marley's Birthplace Half the fun of this trip is the truly breathtaking drive through rural Jamaica past farm land filled with banana, coffee, and yam...not to mention lots of friendly waves from farmers. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Rastafarian (usually a self-proclaimed relative of the music legend) who will lead you through a tour of Bob's birthplace, inspiration for many songs, and mausoleum. Keep in mind that this is a Jamaican attraction--expect quaint kitsch and you won't be disappointed. Also offered are an Ital (vegetarian) snack bar and gift shop chock full of Bob Marley paraphernalia.
