RENEWAL

Snakes shed their skins every couple of months. Their insides don't change, but they renew their outsides, shedding anything that might be sticking to them.
We collect so much debris form the outside world, too. It is
worthwhile taking some time to shed our "skins" and renew ourselves, too.

Be a snake...in a good way.
