Veronica Berlin- Allen, Ron (son-in-law) grandson Evroy, wife Sherhona and baby Carenza May would like to wish Mrs Olive Berlin of Southfield, St Elizabeth a happy retirement on the 31st March 2008.

Mum I cant believe it's 40 years since you and dad opened the business, it seem like yesterday.(I remember it all)

Despite all your setbacks in life, you carried on regardless. You are a women of courage and I know Dad has been watching over you and the business over the years.
We know your faith in God has given you the motivation to carry on when the going got tuff at times.
Everyone will miss you, as you have become a mother, auntie, miss Olive, Mrs Berlin, friend to many people over the years.

I know it's a decision that was not taken lightly, but you have done your best, hang up your apron and put your feet up and enjoy every day. Just sit under the mango tree and watch the world go by and reflect on the wonderful memories that you have over the years.

We love you dearly and will see you soon.

God Bless

The Allen Family

Happy retirement mom - Olive Berlin
It was the summer of 1968 when you and dad first open those doors to a very successful business and congratulation to such a mile stone. The only days i can remember those doors were ever closed was on sundays when you would be sitting in st. marks church during those prescious and profitable four decades. You will be missed by many especially those you would help when the goin get rough but your kindness will always be remembered.
It was on 04/25/1979 twenty nine years that the ungutless cowards took dad from us with their belive that they could damage a sound foundation only to see his dreams excel. Mom it's your faith that has bought you here and will continue to let you endure to the end.vern, Judy and i will urged you to take life easy just do as vern says go sit under that number eleven mango tree and just watch the world passes by or just travel the world at your at your kids expence because you is the world greatest mom and if there was ever a hall of fame for mothers you would be the first inductee. We love you mom happy retirement and we will see each other soon.
From your one and only son DICK BERLIN.

Happy retirement to my dear and wonderful mother Mrs Olive Berlin of Southfield, St Elizabeth, who will be officially retiring from business after 40 long years- Wow.

Mom I've many treasured memories of serving in the shop, sometimes I reminiscence of all the good and bad times.

God knows you have done your best, you gave 40 years to people in the community and marjority of them are going to miss you terribly. There comes a time in one's life when we have to say goodbye to things that we cherish and mother that time has come for you.

I want you to take it easy, dont worry about a thing cause everything is just going to be fine.

You just relax under the number 11 tree in your reclining chair that Vern bought you and you just thank God for all your blessing. (and boy he has surely blessed you) Amen

Sorry I'm not there to see you serve the last Red Stripe and weigh the last pound of flour! But I will see you soon.

I pray that God will give you health and strength to carry on for along time.

God has blessed me, Vern and Dick with a wonderful creation " The world Greatest Mother"

"I love you dearly.

Stay sweet

Daughter Judy Berlin

P.s. Its 29 years today (25 March) since they took Dad from you, but I want you to know he is proud of you and is saying "Well done Olive"

Who God bless no man can curse

A happy and prosperous retirement to you cousin Olive. Your dedicated service in operating a bar and grocery through good times and bad times over a period of four decades is testament to your depth of character and commitment to serve the community.

I am sure your indomitable spirt will serve as a good example for others to emulate.

May God continue to bless you as you retire after such a fine innings.

Hi All

I think you all need to set up a seperate section for reunion, so this section can be used for messages for mother's retirement.

I am pleased you are all able to make contact after such a long time.

Well done TBN for this facility.

Thank you all in anticipation.

Vern
