I would like to extend my sincere condolences to the family of Harris Moxam. I guess it is at times like these that we wonder where the peace comes from. We should remind ourselves of God's peace, the peace that passeth all understanding. It is my sincere wish for this family that they find peace during their time of grief. The Bible tells us: "Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted". Trust in God dear ones, and remember God's promises are true.

Beyond life's gateway there's an open gate at the end of the road,through which each must go alone,and there in a light we cannot see.Our father claims his own,beyond this gate, your loved one. Finds happiness and rest, and there is comfort in the thought.That a loving God knows best. May God who calls our dear ones home and grant him peace and rest, give them the strength and faith to say that he indeed knows best. God bless.

I would like to add my condolences for the Moxam family. In my early days of living in Jamaica Harris gave me words of wisdom and a few Jamaican parables to remember. I have never forgotten his wise advise and have drawn from it often.

May some comfort be found in the deep grief we all share for this good man, Harris Moxam.

I would just like too send my bit of condolence to the moxam family in Pedro Plains, with a poem of strength. God bless

A man is born gentle and weak.
At his death he is hard and stiff.
Green plants are tender and filled with sap.
At their death they are withered and dry.
Therefore the stiff and unbending is the disciple of death.
The gentle and yielding is the disciple of life.

Condolences to Mr.Carlton Moxam and Mrs.T Moxam i am sorry to here about the sudden passing of Harris the Lord will not give you more and what you can manage.People do not die for us immediately, but remain bathed in a sort of aura of life which bears no relation to true immortality but through which they continue to occupy our thoughts in the same way as when they were alive. It is as though they were traveling abroad. God bless!!

I share in the sorrow and pain of Haris' family and friends. May the tragic and untimely passing of our brethren serve to unite the extended community to clamp down on crime.

I will always remember the many times he came along and gave me a ride when I could not get a taxi. Many who attended school at Mountainside and Newell also knew of his kindness.

A little poem from the heart to the members of the Moxam family bless!

grave and weep;
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn's rain.

When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush,
Of quiet birds circled flight
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry. I am not there. I did not die.

A gift's been given in your loved one's name
Through which some bit of good may come of sorrow.
Life is something all of us must borrow,
Returning it, in time, to whence it came.
Pleased be assured that it will be well used,
As every gift that sings of love and light
Will render things less wrong, though never right;
For gifts of morning ought not be refused.
After my father gave me his blessing
For the first time, saying, "God bless you"
As I left him to the darkness,
He held me there and kissed my hand.
For the first time saying, "God bless you"
In all the years that I had loved him,
He held me there and kissed my hand,
And the child shivered with delight.

In all the years that I had loved him,
We understood no need to speak.
The child shivered with delight;
The man in silence turned away.

We understood no need to speak
As I left him to the darkness.
The man in silence turned away
After my father gave me his blessing.

God bless you all.
