For the younger generation, Raphael was the son of Easton and Birdie Moxam, brother of Lennie,Ronald,Joyce, Carrie Forrest, Barry and Sissy.
Raph leaves behind an impressive family of four children and 15 grand children. He was an excellent student at Sandy Bank School and served in the police force. Rest in Peace my friend.
