A few weeks ago Tyrone "Classic" Spence was involved in an accident which left him with his neck broke in two places. Since then he has undergone 3 operations and is currently in Kingston Public Hospital.

My prayer is that Classic will make a full and complete recovery and will be blessing us with his wonderful smile back here in this community very soon.

I would also like to send out prayers and good wishes for his family as they are facing financial burdens in dealing with his recovery and the distance (therefore expense) to travel to Kingston to go and visit him.

I ask anyone who would like to send get well wishes to Classic to post them here and we will make sure he receives them.

May God continue to heal you as you undergo yet another surgery. I also pray that God will give my mom and sister extra strength to continue to be there for him and to bestow upon them energy to make those trips back and forth to Kingston. I also pray that God will speak to the heart of the other driver involved, that he will at least empathize with the family, with a sincere heart. Thanks Rebecca, for the update. I had heard of Classic's accident and have been wondering how he was coming on in his recovery. I was so sorry to hear that his injuries were so serious! Please give him my best when you are able and let him know that many, many prayers are with him for a complete and speedy recovery.

After spending two months in the Kingston Public Hospital Classic has come home! I got to spend a little time with him yesterday evening. He wanted me to convey his appreciation to everyone for keeping him in their thoughts and prayers and to let you know he is well on the way to a full recovery and hopes to be rid of the neck brace within a few days.

When I asked him how he coped with all of this he said The Lord was by his side the whole time. He saw many others in the hospital during the 2 months he was there who were not as fortunate and he knows it was by the grace of God that he survived.

I left my visit with Classic feeling uplifted and inspired. Hmm, and I thought I was going there to lift his spirits. I am so very thankful that we continue to be blessed to have Classic with us and teaching us. If you get a chance, stop by and say hello. You'll be glad you did!

Dearest Classic, we never met before.I felt inspired to come on this site and take a look.I saw your story.I am truly sorry to read about your situation.My mother is going through the same thing presently,with a broken right arm and pain in her right shoulder,as a bonus from the wicked,evil devil.He was not allowed to kill her and you.Just to inflict pain.My mother can walk.I hope you can too.
Because you are a believer,i encourage you with these words.A great and high-purpose,is on your life. Your life was spared for that purpose.Seek to find out,what it is? Keep your focus,alert. You have not reach your final destination yet.There will be challenges,trials and tribs.So,do not run from your creator,run to him.He is a strong tower,the righteous run into him and they are safe.He refuse the proud.But he gives grace to the humble.Do not give up,until you cross the finish line.I believe in you,to do it.What is impossible with men,is possible with our creator.He is all you need.One with the good Lord,is a majority.Keep exercising your faith muscles and see how strong you will become.
