I am very sorry to announce the passing of Ervin Hamilton last Friday morning. As the Hamilton family was greiving the loss of Miss Laurie and preparing for the set-up on Friday night and funeral on Saturday, her son, Mas Ervin died 4:30 Friday moring of a heart attack.

Mas Ervin is survived by his wife of 44 years, Miss Sheila, five children, and 6 grandchildren. He was 68 years old. The funeral is scheduled for Saturday at 2:00 at the Treasure Beach Church of God.

Mas Ervin was a bus driver driving The Treasure Queen from Treasure Beach to Kingston for many years. Then he was a fisherman and lastly he repaired fishing boats. He was a man of few words and was a good provider for his family. He was a member of the TB Church of God.

Please remember the Hamilton family in your thoughts and prayers as they suffer through a double loss.

Oh I'm so sorry to hear about Mas Ervin's passing. My condolences go out to the entire Hamilton family, but especially to Miss Shelia! My heart just aches thinking about your loss. I can't imagine losing my partner of forty-four years! May you all find strength in your love for one another during this difficult time.

You and your entire family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Much love,
Miss Amy

Just getting the sad, sad message of Ervins passing, whom I always considered a personal friend. My heart goes out to the whole Hamilton-Family but especially to Miss Sheila, who did so much for me and my little family and made me feel at home far away from Germany. I'll join you in grieve.
God bless.
