We've just spoken with a representative from the police. They currently have 4 suspects being held in custody pending further investigations relating to the death of Miss Anne.

Ms Annie White is the lady who operated a grocery shop for many years at the border of Newcombe Valley and Beacon District. her shop is located in close proximity to Maas Lehigh and Lentaman House. She has a son Name Wally living in the USA. She is also related to Rex.

Anne is Rex whyte aunty she actually raised him, she is also Cleave whyte sister.

My Heart Felt condolence, to the Family of Miss Annie" I'm a very close Friend of her Brother Connie and his wife, God only knows what is happening in our peaceful little community, Miss Annie was such a nice and humbly lady, who would want to hurt her?never mind killing her, may the just God!! bring such a Terrible Person to justice. and May she rest,in Jehovah's Arms. while He gives courage to her Family to cope and Believe that Jehovah is able.

I can't believe that two acts so alien to the TB community have taken place one behind the other and nobody knows anything? the longer these crimes remain unsolved the more negative the impact on the community will be.
This is painful for everyone, especially the immediate relatives and I offer my sympathy and hope that your pain will go away quickly.

When did this happen? Was it robbery? Was it a hate crime?

I am a bit saddened, bewildered, angered by these murders. Treasure Beach needs to stop burying its head in the sand (no pun intended), and do something...Make a public outcry...Call upon the the Ladies' group...Shout a cry to the politicians...Do something please, before another woman gets murdered!

No hate crime.....no robbery.....I feel it's just the state of the economy/the hardship/no money from foreign to send home to relatives because the ones that live abroad can't afford to do that anymore. They themselves are struggling to keep the roofS over their heads and raise their families.

Apart from that we all know that "some things" that was not around our community to affect the BRAIN is now causing lots of unrest in families.

The older folks were our glue holding the families together and now they are more or less all gone and the young people "SOME" are so lazy and carefree they get themselves with the wrong crowd and then things happen.

In closing I will say this....someone.... somewhere.... knows the answer and I wish they would find it in their hearts to come forward without fear and tell the police or someone so this does not happen like this again.

I grew up in Newell and Bigwoods in the 40's and 50's and I am so sorry to hear about the passing of 'Mager' Miss Annie.

Her mother and father were very nice, decent people who looked after me for a short time after the death of my sister Irene in 1953, in Bigwoods. Irene's daughter Ceta told me about this dreadful event.

I remember Annie, Estella, Ruth, Connie, Robert, Austin, Clive and all the others.

I live in England now but I always follow the news from 'back home'. This is such a tragedy.

A Horrific Crime Occured in Treasure Beach Beach along The Frenchman Road, Where Garth James was Murdered, Let's not forget No one was arrested, and a couple of the now accused accomplices (hyenas)were suspects.

Another Lady was brutally murdered in Cross Roads A couple years ago, no one was arrested.

This is not good for our communities, where is the Moral, Socio, and Political will to bring these people to justice. It seems these perpetrators are so embedded into these systems that they are UN-TOUCHABLE.

I posted this same concern...however it was not posted.In Canada if you are a suspect you will sit in jail until that case goes to court. There is a similarity in the killings.

I wonder if fear keeps people from speaking out. Treasure Beach is a tiny community and nothing stays secret there for long. Be brave people!

Justice for the people in Treasure Beach who is losing their family member to some coward. People, speak out, there is a trend here and no justice. It is time to do something, the system is not working. 'Help'

MEEK alluded to a couple things above: the economy as well as things that affect the brain. I don't know the circumstances of the crime but, whatever it is, we all have family in Treasure Beach, and if we allow these fiends to get away with their deeds, they will get to one of us sooner or later.
I beg ANYONE with the least bit of information to contact law enforcement and tell them what you know. We need to get rid of the poison in our community or we will all be sickened by it.
