Vaughn you always greeted us with a big grin followed with the word "cous". Today we say to you "Cous" the news of your passing hit us like a tornado and stopped us in our tracks, as if in a daze brought back to reality with the cries of what, noooooooo, how, when, oh no, are you sure it's our vaughn not being able to comprehend what we were hearing.

How can this be that someone with so much to live for is just taken away from us. Lord please give us the courage to understand when the best things fails us, give us hope when disappointments cripples us and the wisdom to understand your mighty work.

Vaughn to know you was to love you because there was never a dull moment around you. You always made one felt warm, welcome, cared for and loved.
Words can never express what we are feeling at this time as we grief.

You will always be remembered with warm feeling, glows of cheerfulness to have known you and a rainbow of smiles that will forever shine bright in our hearts.

Life is not measured by the years in our life but by the life in our years and you lived a remarkable life to be proud of. Rest in peace "cous".

Hi Ms Olive and the family,
I can't believe that your baby has died. His death hit me so hard, even though I worked with so many bodies, but when it is my family it is difficult to console myself. We do not know why God took him away from us families, but he knew best. Cry as much as you can because crying is the best remedy in times like now.My entire family is grieving with you. May his soul rest in peace and may you find extra strength in these difficult times.
Eva and family.

I wish heaven had a phone so that I could hear your
voice again... I thought of you today but that is nothing new... I
thought about you yesterday and the day before that too. I think of you
in silence. I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a
picture in a frame.

To the Wright Family my sincere condolences. The pain and suffering that you're feeling is shared in so many ways by people who care.

Vaughn I can't bring myself to write you a tribute, because you should still be here with us. I have asked myself a million times if this is for real and each time I tell myself the same thing "this is not real, this is not real".

You were sincere, polite, loving, warm, caring and always cheerful.Earth is shedding tears for you but heaven is proud of their angel for the life you lived and for the examples you have left us with.

If tears could bring you back you would be here laughing and talking with us right now. Gone but certainly not forgotten.

Rest in peace "Cous"

To Miss Olive and the rest of the family we would like to express our deepest sympathy to you all. One of our love one is taken away from us again. There is nothing that any one can say that will take the pain away. Just find strength and comfort as you lean on each other. We cannot understand why these things happen but we know that one day this mystery will be revealed to us. You are in our prayers. Hold on "It wont be long".
It's times like these when we know God is carrying us.

Love you all

"cous" may your soul rest in peace.

My Condolence goes out to Vaughn's family. Vaughn is my best friend and it was just this summer I had asked my little sister Patricia to get in contact with Vaughn. He had ran on my mind, and we had not spoken in awhile and I just wanted to know how he was doing. When I heard what had happened I was sadden. All my memories of Vaughn just flooded my mind. This is for you my friend! This is how I will remember you Vaughn,
You're...
My Best Friend,
through good times and bad
my friend, my buddy,
through happy times and sad,
beside me you stood,
beside me you walked,
you were there to listen,
you were there to talk,
with happiness, with smiles,
with pain and tears
I know you'll be there,
forever and always I take the memories that you left with me, and that smile where ever I go. You are my friend, my buddy, and you will be missed. This is not goodbye. Rest In Peace my friend...

To Cheryl, Kiana and the entire Wright Family. I attended the Memorial Service for Vaughan in Toronto On December 11th, and I had to do another posting as the outpouring of love that I witnessed was just astounding--all the people that came out to show their respects--It was just phenomenal.
To Cheryl and Kiana especially, I admire your strength, and the love that you shared with Vaughan was so intensely evident.
To the rest of the Wright family, your love for each other and the bond that your entire family share is truly admirable. As you prepare to depart for Jamaica to lay Vaughan to rest, the final journey will be a difficult one, please continue to love and bond to each other.
To Grandma Wright,I admire your strength and conviction. Please continue to be strong. You are truly the glue that holds the family together. I wished I could be there, but you are all very much in my thoughts and prayers.

With Love, Jacqueline (Janet)
