My deepest condolences to the family of Miss Leta.Miss Leta, was a lady that always have a little joke to share. I remembered whenever she and I used to meet at The Womens Group House, we always had something to laugh and talk about. She was a very loving person. I know she'll be missed by many. I just want her family to know that God always have a shoulder to lean on, and His grace and mercy will take them through these trial moments. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. May you rest in peace, and may the Light of Jesus shine upon you. Sorry, I will not be there to say Good-bye to you.

Sorry I did not see her on my last visit but Jean was able to visit with her. I will surely miss her jokes and just the good "catching up" talk when we meet. A life shrouded by family controversy, often misunderstood has finally rested. Jah Leets as we affectionately call her has a loving soul and a forgiving heart of gold. Her love of her country and her political affiliation was known in the community if not the country. She was passionate about the country and the development of young people, such that she will encourage them to find a job, learn a new trade, or offer them a job herself. Jah Leets loved her children most of all, her desire to see them all do well and have a happy family was her primary concern. Jah Leets was also a comedian in her own rights; she would make you laugh about anything, because she always knows how to put a twist on it. Jah Leets I pray that you are at peace with the angels in God’s garden because you are one of his angels. May your family and friends find comfort knowing you were loved in many ways and that you will be greatly missed. You were one of the corner stones of the community in many ways and we will miss you dearly, especially when it is election time. Sleep good our comrade.

To the family of Ms.leta, i am sending my condolence to you all, Ms. Leta was one of my grandma's many nieces (Etna Ward) so she also is saddened by this loss and extends it to the family. I remember growing up as a small child whenever i came in contact with her she would always have a smile and of course the jokes , who can really forget those.
