It is with sadness I announce the passing of Macford Strachan (Macky Don). He passed away early this morning.

My sympathies to his family and friends.

I have just heard that MacFord sadly passed away last night. Another great character gone but will never be forgotten. He often said my eyes were as blue as his! Love always to all the family, George, Tommy, Chris etc.xxxx

Just got a call from my brother Kings telling me the sad news. Macford has passed away.I visited him twice in Black River Hospital but not without taking him goodies to eat which he enjoyed while we talked. That was in February.
He was a good person and I know he will be missed by all his family and friends.
Tommy, Georgie, Chris and Jennifer you know my prayers are with you at this time.
God will give you strength to carry on.
