The passing of Jackie has hit us like a tidal wave. This message is been written right now with very blurred visions and very heavy hearts. Words cannot express the way we are feeling. We are sadden and lost for words at this very sad time. Jackie has left us but she has left memories for all or us to live by, please let us cherish these memories. She has departed this life her soul is now peaceful with God in his warm embrace. One day all of us will go there and reunite. Please don’t grieve. Please remember that with her one life she has touched many others. Beyond the darkness, light, beyond the sorrow, peace. Wishing all her family friends and love one especially her kids Geo and Sam everything that’s needed to get through this difficult time. We are praying for your family in this time of sorrow weknow it’s not easy losing someone you love and need. But there will be a brighter tomorrow. God has a plan for Jackie, this we must say, and he will give you strength and courage to lead you on your way. He will guide all you and protect you all, when all of you are out of sorts he will shine his light upon you all when you are all at your lowest point. Her family friends and love one will feel that life is not fair to lose the one you love, But God will never steer you wrong, it’s all a part of his plan, to guide the one you love to his promised land. May the Lord watch over you and your family in this time of need.....God bless and keep you all.... Jackie was not just a friend to us she was family. We all loved her dearly and will miss her severely.

With our heartfelt deepest sympathy love and support: Ukie, Ida, Jenine, David, Suzie & Peter, Chucko and family, Virginia and family, Dowan and family, Uan, Monica and family,

I, too, was shocked to hear the news of Jackie's passing. She had a heart condition and passed in her sleep Saturday night due to this condition.

Jackie worked at Trans Love Bakery (the coffee shop) for years and then went on to be part owner changing the name to Hearts of Love Bakery a name which reflected her personality.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to her family and friends with special prayers for Geo and Sam.

She will be greatly missed.

Like everyone else, I am so very shocked and saddened to hear the news about Jackie. She was such a lovely, warm, welcoming lady with two wonderful sons in Geo and Sam.

My deepest sympathies to her family and friends.

We are shocked and saddened to learn of Jackie's passing. Jackie was a wonderful and caring mother -- and an inspiration to her sons and all around her.

I can still recall her sitting on the veranda at Rainbow Tree, using her precious time to teach an adult to read. She did it in a manner that was effective, yet preserved the dignity of a man who could very well have been embarrassed in such a delicate situation.

Though she was not a professional educator, she taught a lot -- to a lot of people.

We are grateful we knew her and extremely sorry she is gone.

Rest in peace, dear lady.

I was shocked to learn of the passing of Jackie, she was a lovely lady always had a smile. To her family, especially her sons, may the Word of God be a comfort you your hearts. The Bible says" To be absent from the body is to be present with the lord" May her soul rest in peace.

Here is a poem for her family.

Lord, give me your strength
When troubles come my way
As I in you abide
To face testing each day.

Give strength that brings a victory
To triumph over trials,
To turn each sadness into joy
And face life with a smile.

I'll hide Thy word within my heart
As I plant it fresh each day,
And water it with praise
Each time I thank and pray.
That inner strength will take me through
No matter what's to be.
If You are walking by my side
I'll walk in victory.

-Helen Gleason.

THE WORD OF GOD. Psalms 59:18

My strength, Your praise I will sing; You God, are my fortress, my loving God.

Ohhhhh. I am so sorry to read this news. Jackie was such a lovely person. A couple of years ago I went to her shop to ask if she would make her famous chocolate cake for McCarl's Annual Birthday Bash in Billy's Bay but I went on too short notice for her to get one of the ingredients she needed. Last year, we met again at a get-together and she said <"Sue, please come over to the shop tomorrow morning." Of course I did and what was there but a piece of cake for me. She had remembered and this was just her sweet way of saying 'I remember you'.

My deepest condolences to her family and many friends. Jackie will be greatly missed just for being the person she was.

First I will say my sincere condolences goes out to the family of Jackie.
From the first day I met Jackie I knew there was something about her that was coming straight from the heart.
She and I became friends and everytime I would visit TB we would sit and talk about little things that girlfriends usually talked about.
I would give her a call once a year but,the last time I made an attempt I got no answer then I later found out she was in the States.
I will miss having her company when I come to TB.I will be praying for her sons Geo and Sam and all the other people that were close and dear to her heart.
Rest in peace my friend,
Your friend,
Murnel

I can hardly find the words to express the shock and sadness that fell upon us as we heard of Jacke Lee's untimely passing. Jackie was surely like a favorite aunt, a second mother to me when I had the pleasure to work with her at Translove. She'd never hold back her opinion and portioned out her love and advice like the breakfasts at Translove... always enough to fill me up, every morsle tastier than last. For all the kindess she showed me, I will be eternally grateful. For all the love she gave her community, and the selfless sacrafices she made for her adoring sons, her name will be forever enscribed in the book of life. You will be missed, Jackie, but your love lives on in all of us. We are all better for having walked the earth with you.

It is with a heavy and sad heart to sit and write my sincere sympathy to family ,especially her two sons. Jackie was my friend since the day she move to Billy's Bay she was a loving ,caring and giving soul. Overall she was a wonderful person I can remember the special times we share when she had her first son Geo and I had my first son Koran,They were almost the same age, she would take both boys and put them in the same bath and would give them the same attention like they were both hers. I don't have words to express how I feel but will miss her dearly she had such a good heart unlike no other always there to give a helping hand. May her soul rest in peace. Goodbye my friend.

Dearest Sam and Geo:

You've lost your mother...
words of comfort cannot begin to ease the pain and sorrow in your heart...
Only time can do that...
and in time, it will be the memories
of your beloved mother,
that help to push
away the pain
which hurts you so deeply now.

Please know that you are in our prayers and that you will always have our love.

Your little brother Jacob, and Allison

I, too, am saddened to learn of Jackie's passing. I have such fond memories of her at Trans Love/Hearts of Love. She greeted me daily with a warm smile and a cup of coffee - plus she made a fabulous callaloo and cheese omelet!

I loved speaking to her about her boys and about life in general. Jackie was simply incredible - kind, generous, and loving with a beautiful heart and soul...She will be greatly missed.

Please send my sincere condolences to her entire family, especially to her boys!

I am so sad to hear about Jackie's passing. She was always so nice with me when I spent my post-bike-ride mornings at the coffee shop. She had such a dry sense of humor and would slide a little joke in my direction every now and then during the fast moving conversations at the shop. What a lovely person she was. I'll always remember her kindness.

Jackie was so special, one of those precious souls who connected with people on a completely different level. She could look at you and see things you thought no one else could see and she loved without reservation or expectation. She nourished our bodies and our hearts and we are so privileged to have known her.

We love you and we will miss you always…

This is such sad news, Jackie was a spark that was truly part of the magic in Treasure Beach, her smile radiated and welcomed.
I remember that she had the most expressive eyes, she didn't have to say much but could express volumes with her expressions.
She was a genuinely caring and giving woman, a sad loss.
My condolences to her family and all those who loved her and will miss her, wishes of consolation in the love and happy memories.

Our deepset sympathy goes out to the bereaved family of Jackie and to our cousins GEO and SAM.Jackie was a caring and loving person, word cant express how we felt about her passing.

Geo and Sam here's a little expression of words:
mother I always took for granted,
what I thought I'd never lose.
Because I never thought it would happen,
until I heard the dreaded news.
They say you were chosen for his garden,
His preciously hand picked bouquet.
"God really needed you,
That's why you couldn't stay."

Saying goodbye is never easy,
It's the hardest thing to do.
But what hurts us even more
Is not the chance to say it to you.

So today, Jesus, as you are listening
in your home above;
Would you go and find our mother,
And give her all our love!

from Erica and Orrin

Jackie was a blessing on this earth. She had a magical way of bringing everyone together. I am grateful for the friendship she shared with me. I am so lucky to have known her. Thank you Jackie for all your nourishing breakfasts and delicious pineapple and banana cakes.
It is impossible to think she is gone. I see her sweet face in my tears, I hear her gentle, kind voice in my heart, I smell her Johnny cakes, callaloo, acke coming from the photos of her at the coffee shop. The connection I feel for Miss. Jackie is deep as the ocean. She was a soul sister, mama, dear, dear Jackie! I am in complete shock to learn you have moved on. It doesn't seem possible. Thank you for sharing your incredible spirit with me and Scott. Geo and Sam, Jackie spoke of you often. She loved you so! My thoughts and prayers are with you and Ariel. Warren, Jackie gave me your Hello message. I hope you are OK. My thoughts are with you and Peta-Gaye. Peace, Blessings, Love, Liisa and Scott

I am still stunned and heartbroken at the news of Jackie's passing. I will miss her friendship, her advice and the warmth of her smile. Why her? Why now? These are questions we may never be able to answer but as time passes it will get easier, to deal with such a precious loss. Jackie was a friend, and stood by Family in its darkest hours for which we will always remember and eternally grateful. Sam and Geo, it will be ok after a while. Your mom will be greatly miss and i hope you can take comfort in that she was a great individual who lived life with such grace and humility. My prayers be with you and the rest of the Family. Believe me, you may not see her anymore but i assure you she is with you, loving you and being your greatest supporter in the after life as she was in this life. God rest her soul. She has lived her life and she wants you both to continue living yours and be the outstanding young men she raised you both to be. I pray for you all to receive grace and strength in this your darkest hour, just remember the light of joy and peace will shine again and it won't hurt after awhile. Jackie, Goodbye my friend. Peace be still in Jesus name I pray.

Condolences to Jackie's family, on her sudden and besaddened passing. I found these lyrics which remind me of her life and passing:

GONE TOO SOON

Like A Comet
Blazing 'Cross The Evening Sky
Gone Too Soon

Like A Rainbow
Fading In The Twinkling Of An Eye
Gone Too Soon

Shiny And Sparkly
And Splendidly Bright
Here One Day
Gone One Night

Like The Loss Of Sunlight
On A Cloudy Afternoon
Gone Too Soon

Like A Castle
Built Upon A Sandy Beach
Gone Too Soon

Like A Perfect Flower
That Is Just Beyond Your Reach
Gone Too Soon

Born To Amuse, To Inspire, To Delight
Here One Day
Gone One Night

Like A Sunset
Dying With The Rising Of The Moon
Gone Too Soon

Gone Too Soon

I just returned home to Canada, and I would like to thank everyone for their kind words, prayers and assistance on behalf of my sons, Geo and Sam.

I can't thank the people of Billys Bay enough for the countless ways they helped us during this great time of sorrow (cooking, funeral preparations, flowers, etc.) Once again, you have proven what a great community you are and we are blessed to be a part of it.

Mrs. Stewart, I want to express a very special thank you to you.

Frankie, I am so proud of the way you supported your younger brothers over the past few weeks.

Julie, thank you for traveling so far to support Geo through his time of sadness.

Thank you all again!
May God continue to bless you.
