So very excited. This is what we have been waiting for. We are praying for my nephew to get into the school he wants. We pray he gets the scholarship.

Please go to TB.net tomorrow afternoon to see who has won the Treasure Beach Foundation scholarships for the coming school year. (The GSAT scores are the one missing criterion we need to be able to make our final decisions.)

I know all the students are eagerly awaiting their results -- as we are.

Finally GSAT results are here and my niece (Tajera Vernon)has made me really proud as always.

The scholarship announcement has to be postponed until Monday because the Ministry of Education sent an incomplete diskette of scores to Sandy Bank. Norma Moxam, Principal, attempted to obtain the missing scores all morning, but she must personally go to Mandeville on Monday morning to get them. Therefore, we cannot determine who will receive scholarships until we have received all the students' scores.

We are as eager to award the scholarships as the students (and families) are to learn the winners.

Rebecca has been standing by, ready to take photos to post them.

The suspense is very high to everyone involved.

Meanwhile, I hope everyone has a good weekend. And, I am again asking you to please support these scholarships by buying raffle tickets (or making an outright donation).

I cant believe the Ministr did not provide all the scores. This is awful to make so may weight for over the hole weekend.I imagin the scholarship people is feeling awful to.

Congratulations to Tia Parchment on her GSAT results. I am really proud of you. Please do well as you embark on a new journey, by starting a new school. Remember education is very important and as the school gem goes "Labour for learning, before you grow old for silver and gold will vanish away but a good education will never decay." I love you baby.
