Who was the owner's of Vanishing Spirit, and Wild fury, good old days ha
I think wild fury, did belong to Maas Willard Gordon,
And vanishing spirit, did belong to Maas Byron Hills. I remember the boats
not sure of the owners.
Vanishing spirit was owned by Doctor Senior .And wild Fury was owned by Captain Nick Nicholas Smith.
Maas Stanley Tailor had a boat it was fast hard to be beaten, I can't remember it's name, dose anyone remember it's name.
Couldn't beat Stanley Taylor's boat. Jim West from Great Bay was always the captin. Can't remember the name of the boat.
Yes Canada, that boat was little but real fast, there was another racing boat by the name of lady Baltimore may be come from racky point, or forker beach, do you know where is from?
Vanishing Spirit owned by Doctor Senior, built by Curley was the fastest.
There was an Island contest (reggatta) held in Kingston and VS won. One oldtimer claim that she was so fast that the watermark is still in Kgn. harbour, cant be worn out.
Bowl did you know why vanishing spirit was so fast, ha ha ha I know why but I won't say why.
