Wettie, is what we would always call him, he was a fun loving and fearless guy, had lots of friends and liked riding his big bike, the only one around at the time.He was very popular and use to always hang out in Billy's Bay and Forth Charles,He loved my two little brothers which he called Sticky and Stumpy, because my brother was short, after he had his own kids he pet name one of them Tumpy after my brother. It's been a long time since he is gone but I still have lots of memories. May he rest in peace.

Wetty was an uncle of mine, never had the chance to meet him because he was gone too soon but I do hope his soul Rest in Peace. I know he's sadly missed by my Mom (Joyce) especially who is always sharing fond memeories of her brother.

Wetty, where do I start to day June 6th marked the 30th year since you guys left your families with broken hearts.
It seems just like yesterday we were waiting on Frenchman beach for you, Dalton & Choushem to come home, but hours turned into days, weeks, months and know it has been 30 years.
So much has happen since then; Andy and Cleve came to live with me, our boys are so handsome the older they got the more they look like you. You would be a proud grandpa Cleve with 3 kids Andy with 2, when they are old enough they will hear all about you.
I have done my part by telling our sons how much you had loved and adored them; I have only one picture of you to show them they will always cherish it.
I thank God for the help of my parents for looking after the boys when I left home, also the love and kindness from your family, your uncle Jack your sister Joyce and brother Horace and how could I forget Mabel words cannot express how much love and support they gave your boys.
I hope before that final moment you had time to pray but knowing you, the way I did all you would think about was me and the boys like you always do, thank you for loving me so much and the two wonderful sons you gave me, when I look at them I see you, I’m so sorry you never got to see them grow up and to know your grandchildren. RIP
With our love Cindy, Andy, Cleve your three grandsons & two granddaughters
