Dear Miss PT,
I don't believe I've ever had the pleasure of meeting you, but just reading these wonderful messages warms my heart. You must've made a profound impact on so many children's lives. For that, I admire you.
I wish you and your family all the best. And David, you look so grown up....I hardly recognize you!!!
Miss Amy
My first day at Sandy Bank school my cousin gave me a piece of chewing gum. During my first class PT told me to take the gum out my mouth; no way was I going to give up that wrigley's chewing gum. I got a backsiding my first 10 minutes in school(and I lost the gum too). What I could not understand was how my sister-in-law would do that to me. But that's her, always fair and firm, yet oh so caring. May you find happiness in the fond memories you left with all that met you.

Hi Ms. PT, you were only my teacher for a few days in grade 1, but you made my transition from Basic school to primary school a smoothe one. Ms. PT, I believe just about everyone in Treasure Beach have held you in high regards and statue. You have done your best to all those that have come in contact with you and in my book you are one of the best of the best. Hoping to see you on my next visit home, I have always asked Mom about you,so she gives me an update of you and your health. May God continues to bless you Ms. PT and may he gives you peace and comfort in your quiet times. Love you always.
Hi Cousin PT,
My husband John was browsing the net and came across the Treasure Beach website. It was very thrilling to see your picture, profile and the wonderful things that have been said about you.
You also taught me in school. In 2002 when I visited Jamaica, I went by your house in TB to see you, but you were in Great Bay.
I am proud to be your cousin. I am Uncle Claff's and Aunt G's daughter Carol Reynolds-Saunders and I live in Atlanta. Georgia.
Great job David.
Take care and God Bless you.
Love.Carol
Hi Ms P.T it,s so nice to see your picture profile on the net you were one of my best teacher in Sandy Bank Primary.Looking at your picture it brought back such great memories of my school days.May the good lord continue to bless you.
Hi Miss PT:
You have not left my thoughts and often hear your voice ringing in my ear....."2 ones are 2, 2 twos are four" ++++++ as you taught us under the tree. Teachers like you are one in a million. Nuff respect and Love. Enjoy your retirement!!!
So good to see you Miss P.T, you look wonderful. I'll always remember that day back in grade four, someone was teasing me about my terrible eyesight as usual, I came to you crying and you hugged me and told me not to worry because I was still pretty and smart and that the time others wasted teasing me was the time I should spend doing well in school. U taught us not only academics, but valuable life lessons as well, I thank you and applaud you for your contribution and dedication to your work and to us all.
To the family of Ms. PT.
I was saddened to hear of your loss. Please know how sorry I am.
2009 I was in Treasure Beach and went to see Ms. PT at her home. I spent quite a while with her and talked about many things. She mentioned that she wished more of her past students would come to see her. She also said she is not asking for anything from anyone, but to see them and hear how they are doing would pleased her most. I took many pictures of her and we laughed and cried together about many things. She was my first Teacher.
To the family:
I am very sad. I think of PT all the time and am only sorry that I never had the chance to see her before she passed.
May her soul rest in peace.
