Mrs. Carmel Moxam was born to Nevis Campbell and Doris Ebanks in the district of Beacon, St, Elizabeth.

She is the sixth (6th) of nine chilren. Mrs. Moxam is a retired teacher who lives in the community of Bluntas with her husband Hursley "Bowl". She is a past student of Necombe Valley Primary, Pedro Plains Primary and Walton Prep. Her favourite colour is pink and she likes to eat roast breadfruit and saltfish. She is a member of the Treasure Beach Pentecostal Church of God where she is actively involved in the Women's Ministry.

She is happy that most of the young persons in her community are actively involved in farming and earning an honest living. She would advise the youths to continue to be respectful, disciplined and to aim high and get a good education. Mrs. Moxam would like to see the literacy rate among the adults improved. She would want those who visit our community to know that our people are warm and friendly.
