Thanks to very generous donations The Sandy Bank Primary School has received a well needed facelift.

Thanks go out to Sita McIntosh and her family, currently residing in Treasure Beach, for their generous donation of ceramic tiles, new tables and chairs, and paint to upgrade the office and staffroom at the school. Looking very professional now!

Additional thanks go out to Karl Hale and the Donalda Club located in Toronto, working in conjunction with BREDS for donating funds to pave over the driveway to the school building and paint the entire building. What a difference this has made!! The amount of dust that used to blow into the school everyday due to the gravel driveway was unbelievable. With so many students and teachers suffering from asthma and sinus, this paving was a huge breath of relief.

Please check out the folloiwng link to find out more about Karl Hale and the Donalda Club and their generous fund rasing. This past fall they held a fund raising benefit. The Sandy Bank Primary School and two other Jamaican schools were the recipients of the funds raised.

Again, we extend a sincere thank you to these individuals and groups for their support.
