I have been away from treasure beach where i grew up,for some twenty plus years now and look forward to going back each year.It is so relaxing just going to the beach, on the shallow boat having a few red stripe light beer,hanging out at Eggys or anywhere else in area every one is so friendly and nice most people are my family anyways.I am looking forward to return home soon.as far as i care its the best place to retire and call home. love it, love it, love it.

Let's hope there is still land available for you to retire on. It's going very fast and many of the original residents are selling out their birthright. Not blaming the buyers, mind you.

AS long as I have my piece of land I do not disagree with anyone that is willing to sell.
They should know best what they are doing and how much they need the financial help especially if their are no children for them to leave any inheritance to.
Then on the other hand some children leave home and forgot they even had parents then, when they want to return to Jamaica to retire they expect land to be their waiting for them.
