"In November last year I posted a message to the effect that I was thinking of buying a parcel of land in Treasure Beach which spans several acres, and then sub-dividing it into 1 or 2 acre lots, and I invited interested persons to contact me. Several did so and I have located what I think is an attractive piece of land on the sea, which I am now proposing to sub-divide into approximately half-acre lots.
