For those of you who, like me, live in Birmingham, UK, Treasure Beach will no longer seem so far away! From May, Thomsonfly.com will have weekly direct flights from Birmingham International Airport to Montego Bay. From what I can see on the website, the flights are Monday to Monday in the summer season and Tuesday to Tuesday during the winter.

No more trawling up to Manchester or down to London! Yippeeeeee!

This is fantastic news as we used to travel from Redditch in Worcestershire to Manchester and London.

Flights should have been operating from Birmingham a long time agao as Birmingham is the second biggest city and the Midlands cover such a wide area.

We found it very stressful over the years.

Let's take over hats of to Thomsons- Well done.


We will be going to Jamiaca more often now.
