Is that the stand just after S. Jammin' (or before if you're coming towards Frenchman's bay)

I hadn't been to T.B. in 2 years and that stand seemed new to me. Did I just not notice him there before?

Yes, that is the stand. He has been there for a few years now. Sometimes he cooks up a big pot of fabulous vegetable soup. Mmmmmm!
