Hi. We're coming to TB in dec, and would like to bring down some kids' clothes, toys, etc. What should we do with the stuff when we get there? In the past, we have brought items for the kids we know, but fear the need is greater for others. Perhaps they can be of use for the children's Christmas party? Also, are first aid items, like bandaids, etc needed? the airlines are strict about weight, but we will bring what we can. please advice. tom and jeanie

We have brought clothing, toys and school supplies on a number of occasions. We've always found the TBWG to be a great help in finding the best placement for the items.

As a suggestion for transport, we went to a military surplus store and bough large duffle bags and packed them right up to the weight limit (75 lbs on Delta) and then also donated the bags.
