i know that internet service has not returned to the treasure beach area yet
does anyone know if this is the case in black river as well - is there an internet cafe in black river?
will be there soon and have to file a report while i am there

Internet Service has restore to most of Treasure Beach .Yes there Internet service in Black River as well.

We have dial-up Internet service that comes with a villa rental at Hikaru.

I am typing this from Treasure Beach on wireless high speed internet.
