Last day to buy - online - raffle tickets for a week at Rainbow Point. I am posting ten new photos taken in Treasure Beach this past spring. The last one, titled "Sunset Glow at Rainbow Point," shows a visitor to TB enjoying the last rays from the villa's verandah.
Now, who wouldn't like a week of sunsets at Rainbow Point?
I am in Scotland. Six hours ahead of you, I believe. Do I have until midnight tonight my time or yours?
Our cut-off point for raffle tickets is midnight tonight, eastern (U.S.) time. All checks that arrive in the mail today are fine, and all online donations that show up by midnight (our time) are eligible. (It takes perhaps five minutes for us to receive notification of your online transaction.)
Again, if you want to purchase raffle tickets online, be sure to click on the pink button.

Why not ask Karen Kennedy?
Gorgeous photos. I am getting the feeling that no matter what camera I use I will never take photos like those. Someone once told me that would be like asking a great artist what brand of paint he used.
Jane, have you thought of publishing a book of your photos?
Wondering –
Yes, I have thought of putting out a book of my photos. But costs of production are astronomical, so instead, I put out CDs (or “e-books”) of my photos. “Caribbean Cantata” is one of those photo e-books, and actually, the photos look swell in e-form, with the light coming through the images.
I’m also a writer and recently put out an e-book of my essays (many previously published) titled “The Toilet Papers, Pieces Just the Right Length.” Those essays will soon be coming out in paperback form. Perhaps I’ll advertise the book on this site.
If you are interested, a list of some of my published pieces (including many photo essays), and a profile of me by Ryan Alan, are also on my website: www.janewingate.com
Thanks for asking!
I've got all of Jane's CDs & it would be really difficult to choose which pictures to put in a book. I really prefer the CD format. They look so gorgeous on the computer-Caribbean Cantata makes me feel like I'm in TB again (sigh!).
If you hurry, you can get the beautiful pictures AND do a good deed. Jane's promised the proceeds of the first 10 CDs sold to hurricane relief! How cool is that?
