When I click on the "Idler's Rest" link in "What's New" I get the message that the bandwith has been exceeded.

The error you are seeing is from the web server that Idler's Rest is using, not from TreasureBeach.net.

The problem is that Ider's Rest web traffic has exceeded their maximum limit. They have been notified.
