Any ideas on the cheapest/easiest way and cost to get a transfer from TB to Negril?

Take a route taxi from TB to Blackriver, then a mini bus from Blackriver to Sav, then a route taxi/mini bus from Sav to Negril...that's the cheapest way. Hire a driver...that's the easiest way.
Stay in TB....that's the perfect way :-)
