Did anyone take any pictures at the Women's group talent expo?

As stated previously, the talent show was a great success. Good crowd, great talent and loads of fun!

There were twelve performances ranging from poetry reading to dance performances to a small play and songs sung.

Everyone could purchase three cubes, red, yellow, and blue. Then they could place the appropriate cube in a bowl with the performers names on the bowl. Red was for 1st, blue 2nd, and yellow 3rd. The performers with the most red cubes one, etc.

Third place winners were the Calvary Assembly of God Players winning $500 JA.



Second place went to the magnificent songbird, Miriam Wong winning $1000 JA.



First place went to the adorable and very happy Kyle and Koriann South for the animated reading of "Run Charlie Run!"



Special thanks to Conroy Ritchie for MC'ing this wonderful event, Nickell Hill for being the music man, Treasure Tours for the loan of the music machine, Sunset Resort for the loan of their P.A. system, Lillian James for donating drinks, and Lisa Ginzel and Jake's Place for funding the prizes.

Very special thanks to The Treasure Beach Women's Group for all their hard work, cake baking and all around efforts in putting this event together.

We look forward to the next talent show and hope we won't have to wait too long!
