Just FYI to folks out there with an @charter.net email address. I've had it happen twice now where this email account will not receive anything from our @cwjamaica accounts. So if you are sending us an email from that account, please give us an alternate email address to try.

People with Charter who are using Outlook to POP their eamil are also having problems sending to ANY email account. Outlook and Charter only work(send anf receive) when you are on charter highspeed internet. FYI
