I'm arriving in Montego Bay on February 24th for a week - I was hoping to stay in Treasure Beach for a few days and then on to Negril. Can anyone rcommend the best way for a single traveler to get to Treasure Beach from the airport at Montego Bay and then onto Negril a few days later ? are there minibuses or route taxi's from the airport to Treasure Beach ? I'm really looking forward to visitng TB ! Thanks !

Treasure Tours is the way to go!!! I'll vouch for them anytime.

If your budget doesn't include a private car, you can go by route taxi to Sav(Savannah-la-mar) then transfer to another taxi to Black River where you will make your final transfer for a taxi to Treasure Beach. It takes more travel time but you'll get there. Also, you will have had a very authentic Jamaican experience since this is the way most Jamaicans move around the island.

I have to agree that the Treasure Tour Drivers are great. Kevin brought me to TB and Westin back to the airport (sigh) ;0) Both were great drivers. In fact I slept most of the way to TB with no worries at all about Kevin driving. Highly recommend both of them.

The drivers are all there waiting. If you go through Treasure Tours Rebecca will just look one up and send them to the customers.
