Parottee Beach, located about 15 miles from Treasure Beach, is a small, peaceful fishing village on Jamaica’s virtually undiscovered South Coast. Parottee Beach is situated between misty mountains, a crystal blue sea and the salt lakes with its stark beauty and natural wildlife. Parottee Beach is near the town of Black River, village on the tranquil South Coast of Jamaica. Plans for a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom house on the sea.

I've seen crocodiles in the sea around Black River, right down to Parottee.

Then...swampgal- don't you think the advertisment should perhaps make this clearer? That there is slight little chance of say, perhaps, seeing a croc one morning on your nice beach?

Just a little thought....

Crocs:
Yes, they go down to Parottee but only by cab, not bus, much easier to spot hanging out the cabbies window. Have been living off and on there for years, seen 'em but have not been eaten by one yet; however, I have this limp that I . . . . croc's are more afraid of us, folks. Chill.

We got crocs in Kingston too.

A tribe live in a location downtown kingston near the craftsmarket.

None of the nearby dogs have any problem.

Anyone know of the Wynter family from Parotee 19th Century?

Soon come, turey.
