The New York Times is inviting folks to share their ideas of great destinations in the Caribbean. I'm a subscriber, but I think it's open to anyone. Try this url:

Gee, Don Noel, do you really want half the world to know about Treasure Beach? :-)
Itching,
There are more places in the "Caribbean" than just Treasure Beach. I have a home that I visit in Treasure Beach, and family, and, I love Treasure Beach, but I would definitely have to say that my favorite place in the Caribbean is Cayo Coco Cuba. Beautiful, rural (also), wonderful people, music, cuisine, etc.
Perhaps Don was sharing the link for those who don't always want to return to the same place, but want to try other gems in the Caribbean as well.
I do understand your point about Treasure Beach, and your thought that those who read this site and love Treasure Beach will want to report on it as a fantastic destination. But again, I think that can only help. (expecially in off season times)
As Treasure Beach has been highlighted in the Sunday travel section of most large city newspapers in America including the New York Times, been talked about as a top ten vacation destination on the Today Show, featured in many top travel magazines, etc. . . I think the word is out already.
JUST GET THE ROADS FIXED.THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I WOULD LIKE TO SEE HAPPEN VERY SOON.
I am with Ce Ce. There can be all the publicity in the world about Treasure Beach,(which there is), but without a decent road to get there, the whole thing is an exercise in futility.
FIX THE ROAD!
