Is this gym still around? I notice this posting is rather old.

Any reviews, if so?

...Or recommendations for another place for my husband to use a treadmill and weight-lifting machine in the area. We'll be there in March.

Thanks in advance

Treadmill? Weight lifting?

Start at Nanny's place in Kingfisher Plaza. Lift full Red Stripe 12 ounce bottles in each arm for as many reps as desired. Get on the paved treadmill going towards Jakes.

Stop at M&D shop for more 12 ounce reps.

Return to treadmill until you reach Shaka Zulu shop. More reps.

Continue on treadmill to Sunset villas.

Since science has proved the concept of beer muscles, increase weight lifting from 12 ounce to entire crates of empty bottles. Repeat as desired.

Continue on treadmill to Jakes.

Increase weight to crates with full bottles. Repeat as desired.

By this time you feel freakin' awesome!

WARNING: May cause soreness in the head the next morning.

Protein Grams in Bud Light .89g

No word on Red Stripe. Have to write a letter to D&G I guess.

Eric, this workout program is the best. We started at Benny's in Great Bay, "treadmilled" to Ital Rest to Kingfisher to M&D all the way to fishermans. MANY 12oz red stripe reps and I still lost weight in TB!
For some reason this work out puts on the weight at home. :-(

Hey Eric I really like the way you forward that exercise information. On a serious note, here in the U.S Doctors advised, that outdoor exercise is 100% better than going to the Gym. Especially if one has a heart problem. I love that Eric, Thumbs up for that one. And don't get me wrong. ( we all need exercise, weather we have a medical problem or not.)

You don't have to sell me on the plan. I invented it.

And I also find that I lose weight in JA even though my beverage consumption increases. Maybe it has to do with being more active overall.

I can attest to the fact that Eric did indeed invent the plan, and has proven its effectiveness over and over again.

But Eric you left out the part of the protein kick at Delvin's on Saturdays with your pound the pound program. You know pound that pound of jerk pork back!
