With the New Year I just want to tell all the guests that come to Treasure Beach a big Thank You for all you do for our community. You bring school supplies and clothing and medical supplies and even more. Most of all you bring a happy attitude. This might not be the fanciest of places but then that isn't why I think you come here. And while I'm at it I want to also give a big Thank You to all the people from the hotels and villas and guest houses and other business that help us with every thing from education to trying to make Treasure Beach more beautiful. It is important to concentrate on the good and to thank people for all they do. Bless you each and every one and have a Happy New Year.

Will be honeymooning next week in TB.Looking forward to meeting farmers and fisherman as we too are small scale organic poultry and goat farmers. We like the idea of non tourist areas like TB, so we can meet people who are down to earth like ourselfs, support local small scale farms, and hotels, that way our $$$ goes directly to local econmy and not some big hotel.Would love to purchase from local farmers, goat milk, eggs, fruits and veggies, as well as meet the farmers and fisherman. Also would love to swim with dolphins, if possible let us know where we can do that.Thank You Paul and Sue Chenault, Closer To Heaven Farms, Hotchkiss, co.

If you take a boat out from TB to Black River (or perhaps to other destinations) you will more than likely see dolphins on the way, we always do. I know some folks that hopped in with them tho the dolphins would let them get about 8 feet away only.

There is a captive swim with the dolphins program in Ocho Rios but it doesn't sound like something you would support (in the wild is a much cooler experience i think, and when we've gone they've come right up to the boat to check us out).
