Let's look at this road thing from a fiscal point of view which the government does. First of all why fix the roads when they can make more money from NOT fixing them. Here's why. Everytime, you need a front end, new tires, an axel or have to take your car to a mechanic, the government makes money on the GCT they collect from these goods and services. Correct? They also collect import duties from all the car parts we have to import to cope with these terrible roads. Now, if they fix the roads what happens? No more parts needed...therefore no GCT. No import duties...no money for the government ministers to take nice trips with. If they fix the roads it means they have to spend money...not make it. Simple. Don't forget who you're dealing with...corrupt and idiotic politicians from both sides of the fence.

Big up those who are the seeming few who understand what Public Service is.
