Itching to know: what do our good friends in Treasure Beach think of the outcome of the recent U.S. elections? What is the TB buzz about all that? :D
Why don't you start the discussion by saying what you think or don't you have a view?
I hope Al Gore runs!
Who else has addressed the inconvenient truths
facing ourselves and most beings higher than
the roaches.
Oh...google 'iraqi deaths'
& 'impeach bush'
With great hope, Justice.
this election is about the american people so why even bring up this subject on this web site please be real lets not talk politics here
I'd be interested to know too.
...'cause I won't be able to find out anytime soon
Scared of the NSA?
Post freely and express yourselves.
Shy and fraid time fi done!
...and yes, whats your opinion on the politriks
on your side Itching to Know?
Peace.
No beans, this election has global consequences.
Also Jamaica has close political, trade and family ties with all of N America going waaay back.
How many TB families have close ties with the USA?
In Reality, Justice.
In his November 12, 7:47 A.M. post, Justice fairly asks me, "what's your opinion on the politriks on your side."
I couldn't agree more with Justice on all he says in these posts on this thread.
I suggest we follow Justice's suggestion: google "Iraqi war deaths," and consider the figures. The numbers of the dead are about in line with the number of the dead on our own Vietnam War Memorial in Washington. But all those Iraqi dead are considered "collateral" damage.
Is the singer Jackie Washington still around? In the 60's, he was singing sweet songs about man's inhumanity to man, injustice, etc. and i recall a lyric in one of his songs - words he learned at his mother's knee about how to treat our fellow humans: "all man is one man." Jackie Washington was, as I recall, Jamaican - or his mother is/was Jamaican.
Justice says: "shy and fraid time fi done." It might be too soon to know that.
Thanks ItN, I can only hope and encourage lessening fear etc.
Best wishes, Justice.
